Pocket-sized and ready to pair with any smartphone, tablet, or computer. The GripID FAP30 gives field operators full biometric capability without the weight or bulk of traditional equipment. An FBI-certified fingerprint sensor, a 2-inch touchscreen, a stabilised autofocus camera, and an optional dual-iris and face camera in a device that weighs 140 grams and fits in a jacket pocket. Nine hours of battery. No fixed infrastructure required.
Built for the field. Officers get a biometric match against national databases without a workstation or a second device. The fingerprint sensor is FBI PIV FAP30 certified, with ISO/IEC 30107-3 PAD Level 1 liveness detection (iBeta) against replica fingers, 256-bit AES + RSA encryption and MOSIP compliance for open national ID platforms.

Fingerprint Sensor
The integrated Danno module from Integrated Biometrics is FBI PIV FAP30 certified and iBeta ISO 30107-3 PAD Level 1 for liveness. Its patented LES technology needs no membranes and no cleaning between subjects, so dry and wet fingers are captured reliably in the field.

Use Case
Mobile Field Identity Verification
A patrol officer conducting a spot identity check in a remote field area activates the GripID FAP30 IB. The subject places an index finger on the sensor, which captures a clean image without cleaning or exposure adjustment. On-device AES-256 encryption secures the template before transmission to the national biometric database. PAD Level 1 liveness detection rejects any presented replica. The officer receives a confirmed or negative identity response within seconds, without dependency on external power.
